We are looking for talented hard working individuals to add to our rapidly growing team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Filing all appropriate documentation
  • Communicate with store locations
  • Maintain all bookkeeping reports, spreadsheets, and files
  • Verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
  • Resolving discrepancies and documentation
  • Assist Corporate Management as necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills and positive attitude
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Strong ability to carry out job responsibilities in an urgent manner while maintaining accuracy
  • Capable of working independently and cross functionally and being accountable for assigned roles and tasks
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
